2026-2027 Registration

* Swimmers new to the club MUST attend Try Out Sessions, Monday September 21, and/or Tuesday September 22, for a swim evaluation. For more info on swim evaluations CLICK HERE.
* Returning swimmers join us for Welcome Wednesday on September 23, 2026
Swimmers:
● Age 6-18 years
● Able to swim 4 strokes or training to develop all 4 strokes at a basic level
● 15 minutes of dryland training followed by 1.5 hours of swimming (5:15-7:00 pm)
● 2 - 4 days per week, your choice of weekdays
*To ensure a fun and effective experience for all swimmers, we will be setting daily limits on the number of participants per weekday. This helps us keep group sizes balanced and manageable. Please request your days early to avoid disappointment.
Costs
2 days/week: $850 + AB Swim fee*
3 days/week: $1250 + AB Swim fee*
4 days/week: $1450 + AB Swim fee*

Non-competitive = $46
* We encourage all new swimmers to choose this option, it allows you to attend our hosted meet in January 2027. You can upgrade to competitive status later if desired.
Competitive = $222
Club Fee This covers club t-shirt, swim cap, and professional team photo = $50
$250 deposit must be paid to confirm registration.
Fees can be paid in full or in two installments. If paying in two installments, the first half is due by September 30, 2026. The remaining half is due by January 8, 2027. Swim Alberta fees are non-refundable.
E-Transfer is our preferred method of payment.
3% fee will be added to credit card payments to cover fees.

Example of Costs
Two Days per week Non-Competitive = $850 + $46 (Swim AB fee)+ $50 (Club fee) + $250 (Refundable volunteer deposit) = $1286 for the year. After volunteer deposit is returned, the yearly cost is $946.
Swim Meets are at an additional cost. Cost range $45-100+ depending on swim meet and how many days/races. The club subsidizes partial costs for swim meets.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN:
- You will be creating a log in through the registration process. Once you have completed the registration, you will be sent an email to create your log in. If you listed two email addresses, you will need to create the log in for both (Please note: even though you have your own login, you will still see all of your family information).
- It is helpful to have email addresses for both parents listed. When you sign up for an event or volunteer job, with one click of a button, we can send emails to only those people who signed up for that job.
- For the primary phone number beside each parent's email address, please use your cell phone number.
- For the primary phone number under your home address, please use your home phone number.
